Airarms s200

Overall I would say this is a great gun to purchase. I'm 17 and I've had it for 3 years now and not one thing has gone wrong or broke on it which is great seeing as this gun is under £400. It's light , quite and small which means any shooter can handle this gun eg women and children. You can easily improve the gun by buying the mag set and also but an airarms silencer which is defiantly worth it as this little
Gun is quite loud without one. Finally I would recommended it to amateur shooters but it's also accurate enough to compete in field events so all in all I outstanding gun to own!

Pros
This gun is under £400! And you
Get a lot for your money. You can also get a magazine attachment which allows the gun to compete against the best of the best. Very accurate with it being airarms like normal.
Cons
To make this gun a hunting gun I would recommend you pay for the magazine which will increase your shooting satisfaction. Also this gun only comes in beech wood when it could look much better in walnut or tactical. Doesn't have a safety which is a let down and also doesn't have a pressure gauge but hey ho there not essential if you can count...

almost perfect

this gun could have been perfect right out of the box, light & accurate (as hell) it had all the ingredients to take on all comers, looks are subjective on any gun, but I love the different take on a rifle stock on my 2 piece MK2.
A regulator can be retrofitted as can a cylinder upgrade (to an HW item with inbuilt gauge) but you`d have to be a serious shooter to require these, 30-40 or even 50 shots from a single fill should suffice most airgunners.
the trigger can (thankfully) be adjusted simply & quickly.
the forward bracket holding the barrel & cylinder seems to have started a debate between some owners who swear it needs the top/barrel `loop` opened out or removed so as not to affect the shot, well, mine is still in place unaltered & my 200 is more accurate than I`ll ever be, trust me, this gun will flatter you.
it is possible to double load (or more) the barrel but, more & more manufacturers are addressing this so, it can`t be the only gun with this Achilles heel.
But, for me, the one major flaw that would make me more than just wary of handing this rifle to a beginner or junior shooter is the lack of a safety catch, surely this is a basic requirement for ANY modern weapon! I`ve had several mishaps with my gun going off due to poor choice of finger position & a light trigger, I`ve addressed both issues but you could hardly blame a beginner for such basic mistakes!
now you`re armed with this knowledge, I wouldn`t hesitate to recommend you buy a 200, I`ll be keeping mine & as usual there`s a whole lot of companies who`ll upgrade regulators, laminate stocks, walnut or even composite, brass parts etc etc are all out there.
I`d mention good luck holding on to your cash, but console yourself with the fact these`ll outshoot just about anything up to (& beyond) guns twice their price, simply spend the money you saved making it all your own!

Pros
first up is looks
pick it up, it`s light
10 shot upgrade available
cost
accuracy
Cons
no safety catch
no factory regulator
figure of 8 forward bracket?
easy to double load the barrel
did I mention no safety catch!

S200 mk2

S200 mk2 also known as the CZ 200
Where do I start with this amazing little rifle ?

I'll start by saying this is a entry level pcp that punches well above its price tag .

First impressions : The rifle is relatively small, lightweight and easy to handle. Some people do not like the looks of the stock, particularly the "pistol grip". Personally I love and it feels natural when you bring it up into position.the S200 comes standard as a single shot pcp but can easily be converted in to a multi shot rifle with the conversion kit (brought separately) .The quality and feel of a rifle in this price bracket is way beyond expectations.

Shooting this little gem is an absolute treat .with next to / no recoil and a very nice cocking system the s200 is a dream ,The rifle shoulders easily and comes up to aim nicely, the light weight is a benefit at this point, although experienced shooters may prefer a bit more weight to hold it to aim. The 2-stage trigger is very nice in my opinion, there is a clear distinction between the two stages and the all-important second stage releases crisply. My gun was fitted with an Air Arms after-market silencer, which was very effective and quiet. This is a super accurate rifle out shooting guns why above its price bracket. )with a fully-charged (190bar)  with the quick feel adaptor ,the tank of the S200 is good for about 40 shots.weather your hunting or shooting compaction this rifle will not let you down.

By the way, don't spend time looking for the safety catch - there isn't one, which I find slightly surprising considering this rifle could well be in the hands of novice.

The s200 is a great rifle .

I've noticed over the years many shooters new to air gunning will start of with the s200 and join a forum hear all the story's about bigger and better rifles I.e Daystates, Theoben.BSA ,The Air Arms S400/410/510 there heads get turned (as mine did ) and sell the humble S200 and end up regretting it (again as I did ) that's how good this is if you own one or your thinking of buying one KEEP IT ! You'll regret it if you sell it.

Pros
Very accurate
Light
Multi shot or single shot
Cheap
Cons
Maybe the stock it's marmite

s200 everyone should buy one!

I love this rifle My s200 is a .22, I get about 50 good flat shots from a 190 bar fill and with a muzzle velocity of 11.5 ft lb.
It is easy to shoulder and easy to point, I have the 10 shot magazine system fitted which indexes seamlessly with the bolt action. Overall it is a well balanced rifle and looks good too.
you can adjust the 2 stage trigger to suit you and with a good scope this will beat £700 rifles for either hunting or target shooting!

My s200 has the air arms silencer which makes it super quiet and great for hunting.

All in all I'd recommend it to everyone.

Pros
Accurate,
Very smooth in all aspects,
No recoil,
Super smooth trigger mechanism 2 stage adjustable,
Very light and easy to handle,
Affordable.
Cons
The cap for the air cylinder is plastic but you can buy an upgrade if necessary,
No safety catch but with good practice you should have no problems.
